Many of you have asked about instructional video's in Muay Thai. There is no substitute for a good teacher and a good gym, but we made this video to give you a bit of over view of my approach to Muay Thai. I hope you like it. TJ

Having my own official Face Book page is really great since it allows me to keep up with my friends in Thailand and other countries and to let you know what I am up to.
